Baby Vaccination Tracker: Your Child’s Immunization Schedule

Keeping track of your baby’s vaccinations can be overwhelming. With multiple doses, boosters, and complicated names, it is easy to forget a date. But timely vaccination is the single most important step you can take to protect your child from serious diseases.

The Divakar’s Speciality Hospital Vaccination Tracker simplifies this for you. By following the latest Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) guidelines, we create a personalized calendar just for your baby.

Understanding the IAP Schedule –
There are many vaccination charts online. Why trust this one? We follow the standard IAP (Indian Academy of Pediatrics) schedule, which is designed specifically for the disease risks prevalent in our region.

Key Milestones to Remember:
At Birth: BCG (Tuberculosis), Oral Polio, and Hepatitis B.

6, 10, & 14 Weeks: The primary doses for DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis), Polio, and Rotavirus.

9 Months: The first Measles/MR shot.

15 Months: The MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) booster.

“Painless” vs. “Painful” Vaccines: Which is Better?
One of the most common questions we get at Divakar’s Speciality Hospital is about Painless Vaccines (Acellular) versus Painful Vaccines (Whole-cell).

Painful (Regular): May cause fever and swelling for 1-2 days. It is standard in government programs.

Painless: Causes significantly less fever and swelling. It is generally more expensive but offers similar protection levels for most diseases.

Our pediatricians can help you decide which option is best for your child and your budget during your consultation.
