First-Time Patients:

- You will be provided with a personalized consultation file—please bring this file with you on future visits.

Consultation Process
After completing the billing formalities, please wait in the lounge. You will be informed of the approximate time for your consultation.
During the Consultation:
- The doctor will review your medical history and examine you.
- If further investigations or scans are required, you will receive instructions.
- After investigations, return to the consultant with your reports to discuss your treatment plan and follow-up.
Investigations and Scans
If your doctor has advised any tests or scans, follow these steps:
- Visit the billing counter with the signed request slip.
- Pay for the investigation or scan and receive a bill.
- Submit the bill to the respective department.
- Wait for your test results and further consultation.
Our staff will guide you through each step of the process. For any special instructions or queries about test timing, consult the department staff.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us 24 hours in advance to allow other patients to be allotted your slot.
Rescheduling:
The next available appointment depends on consultant availability. Our team will help you find the best alternative slot.
Admission Process
Admission at Divakars Hospital
If your doctor recommends admission, either after outpatient consultation or for emergency cases, please follow these steps:
- Present the admission record slip at the front desk.
- A preliminary examination will be conducted before being transferred to the ward.
- Ensure you bring important documents like your patient file, admission slip, and insurance papers if applicable.
Admission Counselling:
You can discuss your treatment plan, estimated costs, and payment options (cash, debit/credit cards) with the billing department or administrator.
Facilities Available During Admission
While admitted, the following amenities are available:
- Entertainment: Cable TV service.
- WiFi: Available in luxury wards.
- Food: Patients can order food or bring their own.
- Call Bell: Available at bedside for nursing assistance.
- Pharmacy: On-premises pharmacy for purchasing medicines.

Billing Process
An advance payment is collected upon admission. The billing team will keep you updated on the costs during your stay.
Discharge:
Patients should settle their bill before discharge and collect the discharge summary from the ward nurse.

Discharge Process
The doctor will inform you in advance of the tentative discharge date. Upon discharge:
- You will receive a summary of your treatment and instructions for ongoing care.
- The doctor will explain the medication and next follow-up details.
Ensure your bills are cleared before leaving the ward.
Emergency Services
In case of emergency, please contact the hospital or your doctor immediately. We provide ambulance services if needed, and upon arrival, the on-duty doctor will assess your condition and inform the relevant consultant.
